A dream-like technology that uses light to remove rust, paint, and other harmful substances.

 

SOSEI Business

The SOSEI Business is our original method born out of the customer’s need for a low-cost solution for roof leaks.

You will contribute to corporate growth from within the company.

SALARY

Master’s Degree: 234,000 yen

University Graduate/College of Technology Graduate: 210,000 yen

Junior College/Vocational School Graduate: 190,000 yen

High School Graduate: 175,000 yen

*A separate amount is paid for overtime

LANGUAGE

JAPANESE : BUSINESS LEVEL (JLPT N2 or HIGHER)

TRAINING SYSTEM

Newcomer training:

As a future Toyokoh representative, you will be responsible for management project work in the organization under the direct control of the representative director, and experience both "SOSEI Division", "CoolLaser Division" and "Corporate Division". After a short training period in each business (sales, construction management, research and development, and head office management) we will determine your position based on the suitability and future prospects of each person.

In addition, we will continue to support growth through regular meetings with the representative director.
